Central Texas Data Center and Distributed Solar Facility

We are currently focused on our first Data Center, earmarked for Central Texas. Our Flagship development is a Next-Gen, Net-Zero, 20-30MW campus facility designed to focus primarily on support for new technologies such as AI, immersive cooling, high–density racks, etc. It will also serve the digital needs of our retail colocation clients including tech startups and SMMEs, anchored by a growing number of wholesale colocation clients including high-profile businesses, government and NGOs, and technology innovators and researchers pledged to Net-Zero practices.

The 20MW Data Center warehouse is designed for expansion in the near-term to at least 30MW, and located on a 75-acre site near both Austin and San Antonio in Central Texas. The region has bright sunshine most of the year, is geologically stable and has an ideal climate in which to build and operate a cost-effective solar powered Data Center.

It will be powered by 100MW of associated and wholly-owned solar energy infrastructure. A Next-Gen solar farm, producing power “behind the meter”, will be located on land contiguous to the Data Center site and several additional 10MW solar farms distributed locally.

It will be powered by 100MW of associated and wholly-owned solar energy infrastructure. A Next-Gen solar farm, producing power “behind the meter”, will be located on land contiguous to the Data Center site and several additional 10MW solar farms distributed locally.

We plan to aggressively grow our Data Center network capacity to over 200MW by building multiple modular facilities in key markets in the US and around the world. Unified design language will be leveraged across our facilities, and lessons learned from designing, building and operating a solar solution in our first Data Center will be utilized throughout the network.

Next-Gen SuperLab

A leading edge laboratory environment will be custom built on-site to serve our clients research and testing needs for relevant Next-Gen technologies e.g. AI/ML, power utilization, rack density, power and services management, cooling systems, heat recycling, chip performance, etc.

Our intention is to utilize space within our Superlab to partner with research groups in schools, universities, colleges and technology companies to create real-world commercial environments in which the latest technologies can be tested and perfected.
