OUR FLAGSHIP
We are currently focused on our first Data Center at a greenfield site close to San Marcos and equidistant from both Austin and San Antonio. Our Flagship development is a Next-Gen, Data Center campus facility designed to focus primarily on AI/HDC clients with support for new technologies such as immersive cooling, high–density racks, etc.
It will be powered by an on-site, Behind-the-Meter natural gas-fired power plant. CloudBurst has signed a long-term contract with Energy Transfer, LP (NYSE: ET) that will enable the Data Center and power plant to be developed in phases up to a capacity of 1.2GW.
OUR TEAM
CloudBurst’s fast-moving, entrepreneurial Team with over 150 years of business experience in Data Center development and operation, real estate, finance, construction, technology, energy, Big Data, sales, marketing, hardware and software, was formed specifically to focus on the business opportunities in the burgeoning AI/HDC Data Center market. The Team has collective experience in the design, master planning and marketing of over 200 Data Centers globally.
